RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES POLICY (EasyWebMall)

This Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy explains how returns work on easywebmall.com (“EasyWebMall,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
- RETURN WINDOW
You may request a return within [30] days of delivery (the “Return Window”). Delivery is based on carrier tracking confirmation. - ELIGIBLE RETURNS
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it
- Item must include original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable)
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or account order history)
- NON-RETURNABLE / FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following are not eligible for return (unless defective or damaged on arrival):
- Final sale / clearance items (if marked “Final Sale”)
- Gift cards
- Downloadable/digital products
- Perishable goods
- Personal care items (opened), cosmetics (opened), undergarments, swimwear (opened), and hygiene-related products
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
- Any item returned without original accessories/parts that were included
- DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within [7] days of delivery
- Provide your order number and clear photos/video of: (a) the item, (b) the packaging, and (c) the shipping label
If confirmed, we will offer one of the following at our discretion: - Replacement at no cost
- Refund to your original payment method
- Store credit (if you prefer)
- EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges by default. The fastest method is:
- Return the original item (if eligible)
- Place a new order for the replacement item
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it when possible.
- RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, confirmed defect, damage in transit), we cover return shipping and/or replacement shipping.
- For standard returns (changed mind, ordered wrong item, no longer needed), you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or required by law.
- REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or denial. If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: typically [5–10] business days after approval (your bank may take longer to post it)
- If your purchase included a promotion or discount, your refund will reflect the discounted price paid, not the full retail value
If the item is returned used, damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition, we may deny the refund or issue a partial refund.
- RESTOCKING FEE
A restocking fee of [0–15%] may apply for:
- Opened or non-defective returns of certain categories
- Items returned without original packaging (when packaging is required)
If you want no restocking fee, set it to 0 and delete this section. If you keep it, enforce it consistently.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be canceled only if they have not been processed or shipped. If your order has already shipped, you must follow the return process. Cancellation requests can be submitted through our Support page.
HOW TO START A RETURN
To request a return:

Include your order number and the item(s) you want to return
If the item is damaged/defective, include photos/video evidence
If approved, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a return label.
RETURN CONDITIONS AND PACKAGING
Package returns securely. If an item is damaged due to poor packaging during return shipping, the return may be denied.
CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES
If you have an issue with your order, contact us first. Chargebacks filed without contacting support may result in account restrictions, and we will submit order and delivery evidence to the payment processor.
